Step 1. Go to the official website of Google AdSense from your mobile, laptop or computer web browser and login with your email account which is clearly shown in the pictures below.

Step 2. You will see a menu icon on the left side in this page, clicking on it, after that you will see multiple options but you have to choose the payment option which is clearly shown in the pictures below.

Step 3. Now, you have to click on the Add Payment Method, then a page will open in front of you, which is clearly shown in the pictures below.
